Return Policy

To protect our customer's health and safety (and comply with the Food & Drug Administration [FDA] policies), Candy Corner does NOT accept any edible or consumable items for a refund or return unless the item is defective or has been damaged in transit (excluding damage due to weather conditions).

For returns of eligible items, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt. Merchandise must not be opened, used, or altered. Merchandise must have all original packaging in tact. Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Note: shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

For shortages or damages, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please include your order number and details about the damaged product, including pictures. Please retain all packaging materials, including the shipping carton, until your issue is resolved. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to proceed.

Please note: your refund/return request must be authorized by a Customer Service representative. Under no circumstances should you send items back to Candy Corner if you have not received explicit instructions from us to do so.


Examples of Eligible vs. Ineligible Returns

Eligible: The items in your order arrived crushed or punctured.

Eligible: You ordered (and paid for) 2 units of an item and you only received 1 unit.

Eligible: You received a different item (different SKU) than the item you ordered.

Eligible: The chocolate items in your order arrived melted due to an issue with UPS (i.e. there was a delay with FedEx which caused your order to be in transit for longer than 3 days).

Ineligible: The chocolate items in your order arrived melted due to warm weather.

Ineligible: You dislike the taste or flavor of your edible item(s).

Ineligible: You ordered the incorrect quantity of an edible item(s).


Ordering Tips & Tricks

Since edible and consumable items cannot be returned, please review the following tips and tricks before placing your order:

  • Double check the quantity of each item. If ordering for an event, make sure you accurately calculate the required amount prior to placing your order.
  • Review your order for mistakes before submitting it. Double check items, quantities, and shipping charges (if applicable). Once your order is submitted, we are NOT able to make changes to it.
  • Consider the current weather/climate of your shipping location. During the warmer months (typically April through September), we will ship your chocolate item(s) in insulated boxes with ice packs. If your location is hot year-round, you may want to avoid ordering a lot of heat-sensitive items. All chocolate items are typically heat-sensitive, particularly premium brands of chocolate such as Lindt® and Russell Stover®. Review our icing policy for more information.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

Due to our fast shipping and highly automated system, it is unlikely that you will be able to cancel or modify an order once you submit it. Please contact us immediately if you have questions or concerns about your order.
