Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout works for any order, any size. We don't require account creation, business verification, or a tax ID. If you want to save your shipping address for next time you can create an account, but it's never required.
How fast do orders ship?
Most orders ship the same or next business day from our warehouse in Coppell, Texas. Chocolate ships only Monday through Wednesday during warm months, in insulated boxes with ice packs, so it doesn't sit on a hot truck over the weekend. See our full shipping policy.
Is there a minimum order or volume discount?
No minimum. Free FedEx Ground shipping kicks in at $150, and most church orders clear that without trying. Our bulk pricing is already wholesale-level, so larger orders mean a lower per-piece cost.
What candy do churches buy most?
The three top sellers for our church customers are Lance Popcorn, Lindor Truffles, and Dove Promises. For trunk-or-treat, bulk wrapped chocolate, lollipops, and bubble gum lead the pack.
How much candy do I need for trunk-or-treat?
Plan on 200 to 400 pieces per car. For a 10-trunk event, that's 2,000 to 4,000 pieces. Round up. The candy keeps for the next event; running out doesn't.
When should I order for our event?
Order 1 to 2 weeks ahead so you're not waiting on candy the week of. Many churches hold their trunk-or-treat on a night other than October 31 (often the Sunday before), so you've usually got more runway than you think. Most orders ship the same or next business day, but ordering early leaves room for a re-order if your headcount climbs.
Can I get an itemized receipt for our church records?
Yes. You'll receive an email receipt at checkout and can download a printable copy from your order confirmation page. If you need a tax-exempt purchase, contact us first.
What if the chocolate melts in transit?
We ship all heat-sensitive items in insulated boxes with ice packs during warm months. If anything arrives damaged, our return policy has you covered.
