The shipping and handling
Nothing to do with the product but a guy named Candy Kevin (yes he seriously calls himself this) was in contact with me after I received a half incorrect order. I bought these and Lindt truffles but I received TWO containers of Lindt truffles. I emailed the customer service right away and was responded to by Candy Kevin himself. After reading somewhat lengthy introduction to his origination of name and title he let me know that I could keep the extra Lindt truffles along with the correct item (these peanut butter promises, just like Candy Kevin’s honor) and after a brief week I was rewarded with the correct item and the fulfillment of satisfaction from a company that had a guy who calls himself Candy Kevin. Pretty crazy if you ask me. But they are good. Will be buying from them for life.
